Username and Password Guidelines

The following represents guidelines for creating usernames and passwords.

We strongly suggest using your Email address as your username, as usernames must be unique across the entire platform. 

 

Usernames:

  1. Are not case-sensitive.
  2. Be at least 4 characters long.
  3. May not contain: space ( ), #, %, single quote('), double quote (").
  4. May contain any of the following:

 

Group

Examples

Uppercase letters

A, B, C...

Lowercase letters

a, b, c...

Numerals

0, 1, 2, 3, 4....

Symbols

! @ $ ^ & * ( ) _ = + < > , . -

 

 

Passwords:

  1. Are case-sensitive.
  2. Be at least 6 characters long.
  3. May not contain: space ( ), #, %, single quote('), double quote (").
  4. May contain any of the following:
